Combination of our core rehab program, stretching and basic yoga postures
These classes are for beginners and will help you do learn and move through your Activities of every Day Living (ADL) such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, yard work, getting in and out of the car and bed, sitting, and sitting to standing, shopping, etc......
